About TPGI
The Paradigm Group, Inc. is a woman- and minority-owned small business that links technology strategy with execution for federal, health, and state customers.
Leadership
Angela founded TPGI in 2017 after more than two decades in public and private sector IT. She has led and staffed program management offices on federal IT initiatives and holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology.
That background informs TPGI's people-first approach to system adoption and organizational change. Under her leadership, TPGI won a prime position on Navy SeaPort NxG and was selected for the inaugural West Virginia cohort of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, as the only federal IT consulting firm in the group.
“We link strategy with execution, so our clients see measurable results instead of shelfware.”
